Natalie Berger, RD/LD

Certifications: Registered Dietitian and Health Coach Certifications: B.S. in Dietetics from Indiana State University, Registered and Licensed Dietitian, State Tested Nurse Aide, and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Focus: Primarily nutrition, but can also health coach around other health topics that include stress management, lower blood pressure and/or cholesterol, improving sleep, smoking cessation, and weight loss/gain.

Personal Bio: I love food, I love people, and I love teaching people about food. I am passionate about the fact that good nutrition is not just Keto, quinoa, and kale. Nutrition doesn’t have to be bland, and I argue that it shouldn’t be! No matter what your own personal “food philosophy” (what I call your personal preferences, beliefs, traditions concerning food) is, I can help you find a way to make the science of nutrition work in your favor to achieve whatever health goal you have. I’m a believer in what Hippocrates once said, “Let food be thy medicine.” …But also believe that you should take your prescribed medications. I like to think that I can be your personal health motivator who never loses sight of being realistic. Don’t worry; I’m not the food police. I’m just here to help you be the better you that you want to be.
