Prayer Group
Prayer and Mental Health may be more connected than we realize. Prayer not only helps our mental health but it plays an important part of the Y’s history. The very first YMCA started in 1844 with a group of 11 friends gathering for prayer.
Praying as we exercise or as we go about our day is a great reminder that prayer should prompt us toward action—in our world, our neighborhoods, our families, and our individual lives. Join the Y as we pray together. All are welcome. The Prayer Group meets the 1st Monday of the month at 10:00 at the Mansfield Branch
Swim Club
The benefits of swimming are amazing! Increase muscle tone, strength, improve flexibility, heart health, weight control, and so much more. The Shelby Branch Swim Club is offered to men and women 17 years and up. Learn more about Swim Club HERE.
Run Club
