Join us at the Shelby YMCA on the second Wednesday of every month from 10:30-11:30 am for:
FREE HEALTH SCREENINGS
Screenings will be offered for all ages for blood pressure, blood sugar, and BMI checks by the Shelby City Health Department.
and
SENIOR BRUNCH
Active older adult members and non-members can come to enjoy light refreshments and a presentation from Jennifer Miller on the 10 warning signs of Alzheimer’s (An education program presented by the Alzheimer's Association).
