Join us in Feburary for our Find Your Fit Challenge for American Heart Month!
Joining the challenge is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Stop by the Welcome Desk to pick up a Find Your Fit punch card.
2. Take 10 - land or water - Group Fitness Classes between February 1st-28th
3. Complete the challenge to win a Y Heart Stress Ball and be entered in a Grand Prize raffle to win a $50 Y Gift Card and a $25 Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar Ontario Gift Card.
